    Cookie Consent

    StarterKit includes the foundation for three types of cookie consent — notification, opt-in for GDPR, and opt-out for CCPA.

    StarterKit provides a framework for your customer’s Cookie Consent needs. It supports three different modes which will handle most jurisdictions:

    • Require opt-in (Common GDPR configuration)

    • Allow opt-out (Common CCPA configuration)

    • Notification only (May be permitted for CCPA if the website does not sell personal data)

    It also automatically handles integration with Google Tag Manager’s consent mode, so that when a user’s consent status changes, the status is pushed to GTM without reloading the page or the GTM container.

    And, it integrates with Kentico Contact Management & Activity Tracking, so that if a user opts in after the page is loaded, the page view activity is logged (including the original HTTP referrer) without reloading the page.
