StarterKit provides a foundation for your project's global alert needs, by providing:

• A client-side pattern for rendering alerts.
• Fields in the Configuration -> Site Settings content item for authoring and enabling alerts.
• Code to persist the dismissed state of alerts alert messages are changed.
